WE PROJECT TO THE FUTURE RE-EVOLUTION ESPOCH 2040

We began the construction of our new vision with the presentation of the Re-Evolution ESPOCH-2040 project. Managers, professors, employees, workers, students and graduates will contribute with their professional value and experience in the formation of 20 multidisciplinary work teams during November and December of the current year.

The León Theater welcomed the polytechnic community to present the Re-Evolution ESPOCH 2040 project, which aims to build the new vision of the institution with the contribution of managers, teachers, employees, workers, students and graduates.
For this purpose, on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, the keynote conference “Let's prosecute education for non-compliance” was held by Diego Cardona, an expert in digital transformation. On November 18 and 19, as well as December 9 and 16, 20 multidisciplinary work teams will be formed with around 400 participants.

The event started with the dissertation on the topic: "The future of universities, a black box to be discovered" by Eng. Jean Paul Pinto Ph.D., Director of Planning. "The only way to avoid a catastrophe is to think that it is inevitable," he pointed out with regard to planning, developing strategies and applying actions in the face of possible problems; Furthermore, he referred to the prospective, disruptive and fictional worlds of high creativity for higher education institutions.

Ing. Byron Vaca Ph.D. Rector of the ESPOCH, he referred to the "Vision of the future of the ESPOCH to 2040", committing the polytechnic human talent to the fulfillment of the new institutional objectives, taking as its axis human values ​​hand in hand with science and technology.

Finally, Eng. Diego Cardona, an expert in digital transformation, presented his presentation highlighting the importance of training students in transversal skills with an emphasis on the development of creativity and thus achieve a true transformation.
